Ky veprim vjen pas deklarimeve t\u00eb Kryeministrit Albin Kurti dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit special t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, Peter Sorensen, m\u00eb 14 mars.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikat\u00eb p\u00ebr media, MPB njofton se gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe tre mujore do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet regjistrimi i fakteve t\u00eb lindjes, martes\u00ebs dhe vdekjes q\u00eb jan\u00eb regjistruar deri m\u00eb 15 mars 2026 n\u00eb institucionet jolegale serbe, me q\u00ebllim integrimin e tyre n\u00eb Regjistrin Civil t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministria do t\u00eb njoh\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht kartat e identitetit t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga strukturat jolegale serbe, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime identifikimi dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin n\u00eb fuqi. MPB, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Agjencin\u00eb e Regjistrimit Civil dhe Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha udh\u00ebzimet e nevojshme p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e prekur nga k\u00ebto vendime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu, Ministria thekson se aplikimi individual p\u00ebr lejeq\u00ebndrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pas pranimit t\u00eb listave t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve nga sektori i sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe arsimit n\u00eb komunat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. MPB n\u00ebnvizon se t\u00eb gjitha veprimet institucionale synojn\u00eb t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb rregullt dhe t\u00eb koordinuar t\u00eb ligjeve, me qasje n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime dhe siguri juridike p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet evropiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministria kujton se \u00e7do shtetas i huaj ka obligim ligjor t\u00eb deklaroj\u00eb adres\u00ebn brenda tre dit\u00ebve nga hyrja n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrdorur aplikacionin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Android, iOS, ueb, ose duke shkuar n\u00eb stacionin m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt policor.
