Me rregulloren e propozuar, kontrata e qiras\u00eb p\u00ebr automjetet private me shofer&nbsp;<strong>tani mund t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb edhe pik\u00ebn e dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb qiramarr\u00ebsit<\/strong>&nbsp;, nd\u00ebrsa&nbsp;<strong>periudha minimale e qiras\u00eb<\/strong>&nbsp;dhe&nbsp;<strong>koha minimale e rezervimit<\/strong>&nbsp;do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen p\u00ebrfundimisht me nj\u00eb vendim ministror t\u00eb Ministrit t\u00eb Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Transportit, nd\u00ebrsa&nbsp;<strong>koh\u00ebt mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb<\/strong>&nbsp;n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb faktit n\u00ebse udh\u00ebtimi zhvillohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb kontinentale apo ishullore apo edhe t\u00eb sezonit.
