Kjo ngjarje tragjike u b\u00eb shkak i reagimeve t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme qytetare, t\u00eb cilat shum\u00eb shpejt u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb protesta masive n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb organizimit dhe kontrollit institucional t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm, k\u00ebto protesta eskaluan n\u00eb dhun\u00eb, duke kulmuar me trazirat e marsit 2004, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb disa qytete t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e MPB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trazirave, humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn gjithsej 20 persona, 12 shqiptar\u00eb dhe 8 serb, nd\u00ebrsa qindra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u plagos\u00ebn, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Po ashtu, u shkaktuan d\u00ebme t\u00eb konsiderueshme materiale, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimin dhe d\u00ebmtimin e pronave private, si dhe objekteve t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe fetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNgjarjet e marsit 2004 nxor\u00ebn n\u00eb pah sfidat e theksuara t\u00eb asaj kohe n\u00eb menaxhimin e situatave t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs dhe ruajtjen e rendit publik, n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst ku Kosova ishte n\u00ebn administrim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe institucionet vendore ishin ende n\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb konsolidimit.
