Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, po shqyrtohet mund\u00ebsia e ndryshimeve ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar gjykimin n\u00eb munges\u00eb.<\/strong>Nga 45 serb\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr sulmin terrorist n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb, n\u00eb seancat gjyq\u00ebsore po p\u00ebrballen vet\u00ebm tre prej tyre. Sipas d\u00ebshmive t\u00eb paraqitura, t\u00eb akuzuarit jan\u00eb shfaqur me uniforma t\u00eb strukturave serbe, si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb organizuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avokati Naim Rudari ka k\u00ebrkuar d\u00ebnim me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProkuroria ka prova t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur penalisht t\u00eb tre t\u00eb akuzuarit. Ka fotografi, shkrime dhe video q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se ata kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e grupit terrorist dhe jan\u00eb arrestuar t\u00eb uniformuar. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, edhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb qen\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb informuar, provat tregojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandashme e grupit. Besojm\u00eb se gjykata ka prova t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe se verdikti do t\u00eb nxirret n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, ata shfaqen her\u00eb pas here n\u00eb Serbi, duke nxitur dyshime p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e shtetit serb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sulm terrorist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, avokati Rudari ka k\u00ebrkuar ndryshime ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar gjykimin n\u00eb munges\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSerbia do t\u00eb kishte dashur t\u2019i gjykonte k\u00ebta persona, pasi dyshohet se kan\u00eb vepruar me mb\u00ebshtetje politike dhe kan\u00eb kryer trajnime ushtarake n\u00eb territorin e saj para se t\u00eb hynin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, Republika e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb gjej\u00eb m\u00ebnyra ligjore p\u00ebr t\u2019i gjykuar k\u00ebta persona edhe n\u00eb munges\u00eb, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme. N\u00ebse dispozitat aktuale ligjore nuk e lejojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, ato duhet t\u00eb ndryshohen sa m\u00eb shpejt, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb vend\u201d, theksoi Rudari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga sulmi terrorist, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb tregojn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr gjendjen e nj\u00eb polici t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar pasoja nga ky sulm.
