Megjithat\u00eb, Kosova ka sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb Raportin e vitit 2026 p\u00ebr \u201cLirin\u00eb n\u00eb Bot\u00eb\u201d, duke u vler\u00ebsuar me 61 pik\u00eb nga 100, nj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb raportin e publikuar m\u00eb sot thuhet se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u201cgjykatat kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb vendime q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre, megjith\u00ebse jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me trysni t\u00eb madhe politike\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas raportit, kriza politike dhe institucionale q\u00eb goditi Kosov\u00ebn gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, kur vendi u qeveris pothuajse gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs nga nj\u00eb qeveri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, ka ndikuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin e vendit n\u00eb sistemin gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr shembull, ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsit e sapozgjedhur nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb formonin nj\u00eb qeveri p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb vitit, nd\u00ebrsa qeveria n\u00eb detyr\u00eb thuhet se e tejkaloi mandatin e saj teknik, duke rezultuar n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme; kjo bllokad\u00eb i zbehu p\u00ebrparimet e vendit n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore dhe sigurin\u00eb fizike\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/freedomhouse.org\/country\/kosovo\">raport.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb raportin paraprak, kur Kosova kishte 60 pik\u00eb, vendi vler\u00ebsohej se kishte shum\u00eb institucione publike t\u00eb minuara nga korrupsioni, se gazetar\u00ebt p\u00ebrballeshin me frik\u00ebsim dhe se sundimi i ligjit pengohej nga nd\u00ebrhyrjet dhe mosfunksionimi n\u00eb sistemin gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, vler\u00ebsohet m\u00eb s\u00eb larti me 69 pik\u00eb.
