Kreyministri Kurti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se punimet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar p\u00ebrbrenda afatit t\u00eb plot\u00eb dyvje\u00e7ar, e q\u00eb sipas tij, kjo tregon se ka pasur dinamik\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, efikasitet n\u00eb realizim dhe cil\u00ebsi maksimale n\u00eb ekzekutim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKy projekt ka nisur n\u00eb vitin e larg\u00ebt 2009, por nuk u p\u00ebrfundua asnj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se u nis mbrapsht\u00eb. Ky investim prej 25 milion\u00eb euro, me gjat\u00ebsi 9.6 km \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb institucioneve tona me Fondin Saudit p\u00ebr Zhvillim si dhe Fondin e OPEK-ut p\u00ebr Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka i fal\u00ebnderoi p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen dhe kontributin e tyre t\u00eb \u00e7muar\u201d, tha Kurti pas prerjes s\u00eb shiritit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai tha se projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me standarde t\u00eb larta dhe moderne dhe si i till\u00eb, sipas tij, sjell siguri zhvillim e mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kryeqytetin dhe komunat e Vushtrris\u00eb dhe Mitrovic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProjekti \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb dy vite dhe p\u00ebrfshin zgjerimin e rrug\u00ebs n\u00eb kat\u00ebr korsi, pastaj nd\u00ebrtimin e bajpasit 4.4 km jasht\u00eb trases\u00eb ekzistuese e q\u00eb kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr shtat\u00eb fshatra dhe gjithashtu ka t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara edhe 8 n\u00ebnkalime, 3 mbikalime dhe nj\u00eb ur\u00eb. Kjo n\u00ebnkupton m\u00eb pak koh\u00eb n\u00eb trafik, m\u00eb shum\u00eb siguri, qarkullim m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe lidhje t\u00eb reja q\u00eb bashkojn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb rajonin verior t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb\u201d, shtoi Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai tha se qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb e angazhuar dhe p\u00ebrkushtuar q\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb menaxhimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb efikas t\u00eb investimeve publike, duke garantuar edhe transparenc\u00eb edhe llogaridh\u00ebnie, si\u00e7 u shpreh, gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfitimeve maksimale p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurti ka uruar q\u00eb Kuvendi t\u00eb zhbllokohet sa m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ratifikohet marr\u00ebveshja e kredis\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs Prishtin\u00eb-Mitrovic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mandat t\u00eb ri qeveris\u00ebs qysh n\u00eb mbledhjen e tret\u00eb e kemi marr\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebr procedim p\u00ebr ratifikim n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje s\u00eb kredis\u00eb&nbsp; p\u00ebr projektin e rrug\u00ebs me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb-Mitrovic\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes Fondin Saudit p\u00ebr Zhvillim dhe qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar sa m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe me pjes\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj rruge e cila e lidh Prishtin\u00ebn me Mitrovic\u00ebn.
