Sipas ekzekutivit, q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosja e sistemit komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr zbatimin e mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebrmes Instrumentit p\u00ebr reforma dhe rritje ekonomike p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e reformave t\u00eb Instrumentit p\u00ebr reforma dhe rritje ekonomike, si dhe p\u00ebrcaktimi i fush\u00ebveprimit, p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes dhe metodave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb strukturave koordinuese nd\u00ebrinstitucionale t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb instrument. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij vendimi Jeton Zulfaj, k\u00ebshilltar politik i kryeministrit em\u00ebrohet Koordinator Komb\u00ebtar i Instrumentit p\u00ebr Reforma dhe Rritje Ekonomike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vendim me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb autorizimi q\u00eb i k\u00ebrkohet presidentes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ministren e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimin e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb juridike n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet penale me qeverin\u00eb e Belgjik\u00ebs, duke krijuar baza ligjore p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim m\u00eb t\u00eb frytsh\u00ebm n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb penale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, u miratuan pagesat p\u00ebr 92 specializant\u00eb me vet\u00ebfinancim, nga Kosova dhe rajoni, me nj\u00eb vler\u00eb totale mbi 550 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vendimet e plota t\u00eb miratuara sot nga qeveria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miratuar vendimin p\u00ebr bartjen e Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e kategorive t\u00eb dala nga lufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, e cila vepron n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ZKM-s\u00eb, n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb p\u00ebr Pun\u00eb, Familje dhe Vlerat e Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miratuar vendimin p\u00ebr Themelimin dhe Funksionimin e Sistemit p\u00ebr Zbatimin e Mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes Instrumentit p\u00ebr Reforma dhe Rritje Ekonomike p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj Marr\u00ebveshjeje \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i nj\u00eb baze ligjore dypal\u00ebshe, si dhe forcimi dhe thellimi i m\u00ebtutjesh\u00ebm i bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e ndihm\u00ebs juridike n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet penale n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dy vendeve, duke leht\u00ebsuar procedur\u00ebn ligjore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar bashk\u00ebpunim sa m\u00eb t\u00eb frytsh\u00ebm dhe efikas dhe harmonizim t\u00eb procedurave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miratuar vendimin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimin e List\u00ebs Shtet\u00ebrore Strategjike p\u00ebr Mallra me P\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb Dyfisht\u00eb, duke iu referuar List\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, p\u00ebr mallrat q\u00eb vihen n\u00ebn kontroll p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme, siguris\u00eb publike, ose p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miratuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn e 55 (pes\u00ebdhjetepes\u00eb) specializant\u00ebve me vet\u00ebfinancim nga kategoria ekonomike &#8220;Subvencione dhe transfere&#8221;, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 165,280.50 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miratuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn e 37 (tridhjeteshtat\u00eb) specializant\u00ebve me vet\u00ebfinancim nga Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs, Mali i Zi, Maqedonia e Veriut dhe Shqip\u00ebria, nga kategoria ekonomike &#8220;Subvencione dhe transfere&#8221;, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 385,654.50 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miratuar vendimin P\u00ebrfundimtar p\u00ebr shpron\u00ebsim dhe krijimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb servitutit p\u00ebr interes publik t\u00eb pronave t\u00eb paluajtshme, t\u00eb cilat preken nga realizimi i Projektit \u201cLinja ajrore 110kV, parku me Er\u00eb &#8211; Zatriqi 1&amp;2&#8243;.
