Pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb: pse u largua nga financimi nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben drejtp\u00ebrdrejt qytetar\u00ebve dhe ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit?
