Nuk k\u00ebrkohet kuorum pjes\u00ebmarrjeje q\u00eb referendumi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm.Analist\u00ebt thon\u00eb se shumica e njer\u00ebzve ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb preferencat politike, pa i kushtuar shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendje p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb referendumit, pas nj\u00eb fushate torturuese t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar nga pretendime t\u00eb pabazuara n\u00eb lidhje me ndikimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb reform\u00ebs nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb e vog\u00ebl italian\u00ebsh jan\u00eb t\u00eb informuar mir\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Shum\u00eb prej tyre do t\u00eb orientohen drejt udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb partive dhe koalicioneve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb mobilizojn\u00eb votuesit e tyre p\u00ebr fitore&#8221;, tha&nbsp;<strong>Fabrizio Masia<\/strong>&nbsp;, kreu i sondazhit t\u00eb EMG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndryshimet kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb konkretisht me ndarjen e karrierave profesionale t\u00eb prokuror\u00ebve dhe gjyqtar\u00ebve, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kalimi midis dy funksioneve, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me rregullimin aktual, t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb m\u00eb i mundur.
