Pastaj me rastin e zhvillimit t\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjarjeve n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb parlament ishin ndaluar s\u00eb bashku me deputet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ku ndaj tyre ishin ndaluar disa elemente, q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb dyshimta. Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur nj\u00eb shqyrtim gjyq\u00ebsor dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka arritur q\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetohet se elementet e dyshimta kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me vep\u00ebr penale p\u00ebr \u00e7ka se ato ishin ndaluar. Pastaj rasti ishte st\u00ebrzgjatur, ku kishte shkuar dhe arritur pas dhjet\u00eb&nbsp;viteve e kemi edhe parashkrimin, ku n\u00eb rastin konkret kemi vendim ku lirohen nga t\u00eb gjitha pikat e aktakuz\u00ebs Albulena Haxhiu dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt\u201d, pohoi Halili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, Musa Damati, avokat i Pal Lekajt, tha se Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka shpallur vendimin e saj duke konfirmuar pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Lekajt, Haxhiut, Kadaj-Bujupit dhe Baftiut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai shtoi se, pas dhjet\u00eb vitesh, rasti m\u00eb n\u00eb fund ka marr\u00eb epilog, duke v\u00ebrtetuar pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me ligjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKlienti im, zot\u00ebri Pal Lekaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur i pafajsh\u00ebm nga t\u00eb gjitha akuzat me t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb ngarkuar n\u00eb rastin e njohur p\u00ebr publikun, rastin e gazit lotsjell\u00ebs.
