Mbi 2.800 persona raportuan p\u00ebr dhun\u00eb n\u00eb familje vitin e kaluar, 216 prej viktimave ishin f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brenda mureve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, aty ku duhet t\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb sigurt, mij\u00ebra f\u00ebmij\u00eb, gra e burra vit pas viti b\u00ebhen viktima t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndihm\u00ebn e shtetit, e disa n\u00ebn frik\u00eb vendosin t\u00eb heshtin. Rasti i fundit n\u00eb Lipjan, ku nj\u00eb 5-vje\u00e7ar u keqtrajtua nga prind\u00ebrit, ka nxitur reagime t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb vend. Megjithat\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs d\u00ebrguar RTK-s\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr 216 f\u00ebmij\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 18-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb raportuar dhun\u00ebn n\u00eb familje vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb 2025-t\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkaq, gjithsej 2 mij\u00eb e 836 f\u00ebmij\u00eb, gra e burra raportuan p\u00ebr dhun\u00eb n\u00eb familje vitin e kaluar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Numri i rasteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje ka sh\u00ebnuar r\u00ebnie, nga 2,547 sa ishin n\u00eb vitin 2024 n\u00eb 2,509 n\u00eb vitin 2025, ku v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie p\u00ebr -1.49%, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur policia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sociolog\u00ebt n\u00eb vend tregojn\u00eb se cilat jan\u00eb shkaqet q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb te dhuna n\u00eb familje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb qoft\u00eb se tek un\u00eb si i ri \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtruar dhun\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb si prind edhe un\u00eb kam predispozita t\u00eb jem dhunues. Pastaj ndikojn\u00eb problemet e ndryshme sociale apo ekonomike ekzistenciale, t\u00eb cilat krijojn\u00eb plasaritje dhe problematika t\u00eb ndryshme familjare. Dhe n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ato nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtaten me apo t\u00eb zgjidhen shum\u00eb leht\u00eb shfaqet edhe dhuna. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kemi edhe probleme t\u00eb ndryshme patologjike, si\u00e7 ishte rasti me n\u00ebn\u00ebn n\u00eb rastin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs n\u00eb Lipjan, q\u00eb kishte probleme t\u00eb ndryshme psikologjike\u201d, tha Genc X\u00ebrxa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai thot\u00eb se shoq\u00ebria dhe shteti duhet reagojn\u00eb n\u00eb rastet kur prind\u00ebrimi nuk e kryen detyr\u00ebn e vet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDuhet edhe shoq\u00ebria t\u00eb interesohet dhe t\u2019i dij\u00eb mekanizmat se si funskionojn\u00eb drejt kujdesit, n\u00eb ato momente kur prind\u00ebrimi \u00e7alon dhe nuk mund ta kryej\u00eb at\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e vet humane dhe ligjore , t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka, at\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb mekanizmat drejt kujdesit q\u00eb ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb institucionet relevante qoft\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs apo &nbsp;strehimit t\u00eb tyre dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjes s\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit e mir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb tyre\u201d, shtoi X\u00ebrxa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas rastit n\u00eb Lipjan, njoh\u00ebs t\u00eb siguris\u00eb thon\u00eb se familja dhe institucionet kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb parandalimin e rasteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb kemi preventiv p\u00ebr parandalim. Dhe kush e b\u00ebn preventiv\u00ebn p\u00ebr parandalim? Entet sociale, pastaj ata e alarmojn\u00eb policin\u00eb dhe pastaj policia tek pastaj reagon.
