Muzeu \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar nga ish-kryesuesi i K\u00ebshillit Gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albert Zogaj, i cili thekson r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e ruajtjes s\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe sfidave q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar at\u00eb nd\u00ebr dekada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb tentuar q\u00eb brenda k\u00ebsaj salle t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb paraqesim p\u00ebr publikun historin\u00eb e gjyq\u00ebsorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb tentuar q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqiten periudhat mes dy luft\u00ebrave bot\u00ebrore, periudha pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, deri n\u00eb vitet 1990 dhe m\u00eb pas deri n\u00eb vitin 2000. Ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb evidente \u00ebsht\u00eb se ka materiale deri n\u00eb 100 vite t\u00eb vjetra q\u00eb ekspozohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb muze, t\u00eb cilat tregojn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.
