N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb saj ligjor, Dogana \u00ebsht\u00eb duke ushtruar kontrolle t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar zbatimin e ligjit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb \u00e7do deklarim t\u00eb jet\u00eb i sakt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar, penguar apo ndikuar n\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt doganor\u00eb gjat\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs zyrtare p\u00ebrb\u00ebn sulm t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb ndaj rendit ligjor, autoritetit t\u00eb shtetit dhe funksionimit t\u00eb institucioneve publike. K\u00ebrc\u00ebnime t\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb absolutisht t\u00eb papranueshme dhe nuk do t\u00eb tolerohen n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb. P\u00ebr rastin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, Dogana e Kosov\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb paraqitjen zyrtare n\u00eb organet kompetente dhe pret veprim t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm nga organet e ndjekjes, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me pasojat ligjore. Menaxhmenti i Dogan\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00ebndron fuqish\u00ebm prapa \u00e7do zyrtari t\u00eb vet dhe garanton mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb plot\u00eb institucionale p\u00ebr secilin vendim dhe veprim t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm, profesional dhe t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb mandat.
