Kur grat\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb proceset e vendimmarrjes, institucionet b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme, politikat m\u00eb efektive dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. Kosova ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb avancimin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes politike t\u00eb grave. Kornizat ligjore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kuotat gjinore, kan\u00eb hapur dyer, por kan\u00eb qen\u00eb vet\u00eb grat\u00eb ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebto dyer me kompetenc\u00eb, vendosm\u00ebri dhe rezultate. Dhe ky arritje duhet t\u00eb njihet qart\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi gjithashtu se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm hapi i par\u00eb: \u201cQ\u00ebllimi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohet q\u00eb grat\u00eb t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb pozita thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb lidershipit, duke form\u00ebsuar vendimet, duke udh\u00ebhequr politikat dhe duke ndikuar drejtimet e qeverisjes. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb deg\u00ebn ekzekutive, ku ndahen buxhetet, hartohen sh\u00ebrbimet dhe zbatohen politikat. Rritja e numrit t\u00eb grave n\u00eb lidership ekzekutiv, si n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar ashtu edhe n\u00eb nivel komunal, mbetet thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar qeverisjen e p\u00ebrgjegjshme ndaj gjinis\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boguslaw Gertruda, Kryetar i Integrimit n\u00eb BE, shtoi se p\u00ebr Bashkimin Evropian barazia gjinore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb themelore, por edhe nj\u00eb element ky\u00e7 i nj\u00eb Kosove demokratike: \u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja e barabart\u00eb e grave dhe burrave \u00e7on drejt politikave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe rezultateve m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku institucionet demokratike vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb evoluojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zhvillohen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje se, megjith\u00eb hapat e nd\u00ebrmarra, boshll\u00ebqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme mbeten: \u201cKosova ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb se boshll\u00ebqe t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme mbeten. Grat\u00eb jan\u00eb ende t\u00eb n\u00ebn-p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuara n\u00eb pozita vendimmarr\u00ebse. P\u00ebr shembull, shohim shum\u00eb pak gra q\u00eb udh\u00ebheqin komuna dhe partit\u00eb politike jo gjithmon\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr grat\u00eb kandidate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gertruda theksoi gjithashtu r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrkthimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit n\u00eb ndikim real: \u201cNatyrisht, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi n\u00eb vetvete nuk mjafton. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb ndikim real. Kur grat\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb vendimmarrjen lokale, politikat priren t\u00eb pasqyrojn\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb nevojat e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.
