Dhe nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb aspak me llogaridh\u00ebnien. \u00cbsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Shum\u00eb m\u00eb e ftoht\u00eb, e krejt\u00ebsisht e q\u00ebllimshme. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhveshur nj\u00eb njeri nga dinjiteti i tij njer\u00ebzor. P\u00ebr ta kthyer n\u00eb objekt. P\u00ebr ta krahasuar me kafsh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb egra. P\u00ebr ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn me imazhe t\u00eb manipuluara. G\u00ebnjeshtra q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten aq shum\u00eb derisa dikujt mund t\u2019i duken t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta. Imazhe q\u00eb krijohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar vlerat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb e kan\u00eb mbajtur popullin ton\u00eb bashk\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda. Fjal\u00eb q\u00eb nuk synojn\u00eb debat, por shkat\u00ebrrim dhe eliminim.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presidentja theksoi se reagimi duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm dhe i drejt\u00eb, duke mbrojtur demokracin\u00eb dhe jo duke u pozicionuar si viktim\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye duhet t\u00eb flasim. Jo si viktima. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb si viktima. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Por si mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm si mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Sepse kur propaganda mund ta kthej\u00eb k\u00ebdo n\u00eb tradhtar brenda nat\u00ebs, kur e v\u00ebrteta m\u00eb s\u2019ka aspak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, kur dinjiteti gjithnj\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb d\u00ebm kolateral, at\u00ebher\u00eb e t\u00ebr\u00eb demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo po ashtu n\u00ebnvizoi domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e lidershipit t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm ndaj gjinis\u00eb dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucioneve q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs ata q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin teknologjin\u00eb p\u00ebr propagand\u00eb dhe dezinformim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPrandaj lidershipi i ndjesh\u00ebm ndaj gjinis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb luks. \u00cbsht\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri. Dhe k\u00ebrkon institucione q\u00eb nuk heshtin. K\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb mbajm\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs ata q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin teknologjin\u00eb dhe e shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb n\u00eb propagand\u00eb, q\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb dezinformimin dhe q\u00eb besojn\u00eb q\u00eb narrativa e tyre mund t\u00eb ruhet vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet frik\u00ebsimit. E nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb m\u00ebsohet me nj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, e humb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi e humb busull\u00ebn morale. Mir\u00ebpo kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb luft\u00eb vet\u00ebm ndaj nj\u00eb personi. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn grua. Apo edhe ndoshta m\u00eb i lart\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osmani p\u00ebrfundoi duke theksuar se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje ka kaluar kufijt\u00eb e personalitetit t\u00eb saj dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e vet\u00eb demokracis\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDhe pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje personale. \u00cbsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e demokracis\u00eb. Sepse demokracia nuk rr\u00ebzohet vet\u00ebm nga krizat e m\u00ebdha. Ajo dob\u00ebsohet ngadal\u00eb, kur e v\u00ebrteta relativizohet, kur e v\u00ebrteta goditet dhe b\u00ebhet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.
