Ajo tha se\u00a0tani ka\u00a0nj\u00eb njoftim nga Gjykata, e m\u00eb pas edhe nj\u00eb aktgjykim,\u00a0prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore q\u00eb procesi t\u00eb respektohet dhe t\u00eb pritet rezultati.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka kujtuar se afati i caktuar nga Gjykata me mas\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkohshme \u00ebsht\u00eb 31 marsi dhe shprehu d\u00ebshir\u00ebn q\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim n\u00eb raport me dekretin e Presidentes Osmani. \u201cKur ky vendim t\u00eb dal\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ta shohim dhe ta kuptojm\u00eb at\u00eb, dhe pastaj t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb tona\u201d, tha Haxhiu n\u00eb nj\u00eb prononcim p\u00ebr media, pas konferenc\u00ebs Java e Gruas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetarja &nbsp;Haxhiu theksoi se do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e saj dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e Kuvendit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb mos shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Ajo shtoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, t\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb kompromis dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb konsensus lidhur me zgjedhjen e presidentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNga ajo q\u00eb kam par\u00eb, edhe qend\u00ebrimet e Vet\u00ebvendosjes, edhe t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe me ftesat q\u00eb kryeministri Kurti i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb partive opozitare, jan\u00eb shprehje e interesit dhe e vullnetit. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ky vullnet t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt. Kemi shum\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb koha p\u00ebr loj\u00ebra politike apo inate mes nesh. \u00cbsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebrpara\u201d, tha kryetarja Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu tha se do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb deri m\u00eb 4 prill &#8220;t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb president t\u00eb zgjedhur me mandat t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ushtrues t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentit&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kujtojm\u00eb se Gjykata Kushtetuese ka vendosur, dy jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme deri m\u00eb 31 mars ndaj dekretit t\u00eb presidentes Vjosa Osmani p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
