Nj\u00eb vendim i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Ambientit dhe Planifikimit Hap\u00ebsinor, i obligon t\u00eb gjitha kompanit\u00eb e gurthyesve, n\u00eb departamentin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, t\u2019i dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb p\u00ebr verifikim t\u00eb licenc\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs lejen mjedisore t\u00eb vlefshme, p\u00eblqimin mjedisor, planin e menaxhimit dhe rehabilitimit mjedisor dhe t\u00eb gjitha licencat nga organet kompetente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJan\u00eb mbi 200 operator\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo ka edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb leje apo regjist\u00ebr, prandaj kjo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb publike dhe me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i ftojm\u00eb edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar, q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqiten. Ligjshm\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme nuk mundet askush nuk mund t\u00eb operoj\u00eb e t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb gur\u00eb nga toka e Kosov\u00ebs pa pasur leje\u201d, tha Fitore Pacolli, ministre e Mjedisit dhe Planifikimit Hap\u00ebsinor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim dikasteri mjedisor synon ruajtjen e mjedisit, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti malet&nbsp; dhe lumenjt\u00eb ku kryesisht operojn\u00eb operator\u00ebt ekonomik\u00eb t\u00eb gurthyesve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cN\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera kur shkelja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl dhe mund t\u00eb pranohet si shkelje q\u00eb nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb madh at\u00ebher\u00eb jan\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb prej inspektor\u00ebve, n\u00ebse k\u00ebto jan\u00eb kompetenca t\u00eb inspektoratit.
