Danijela Bari\u0161i\u0107, fol\u00ebm p\u00ebr thellimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr avancimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij bashk\u00ebpunimi. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, u theksua nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e forcimit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e ekstradimit, si nj\u00eb komponent i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim juridik m\u00eb efektiv dhe funksional\u201d, thot\u00eb G\u00ebrvalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministra e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb thot\u00eb se krimet mizore t\u00eb luft\u00ebs gjithashtu mbeten nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e hapur dhe me ndjeshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja vendet, nj\u00eb plag\u00eb e hapur e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrkushtim maksimal e zotim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb dhe qasje serioze, t\u00eb qart\u00eb e konkrete institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTrajtimi i k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve k\u00ebrkon institucione t\u00eb forta dhe vendimmarrje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, q\u00eb bazohen n\u00eb sundim t\u00eb ligjit.
