Veprimet n\u00eb pozitat institucionale duhet t\u00eb kryhen me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe pa inate personale\u201d, ka shkruar Nagavci n\u00eb Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve n\u00eb vijim deputet\u00ebt t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit dhe shmangien e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb cilat i ka cil\u00ebsuar t\u00eb panevojshme dhe t\u00eb padrejta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, sekretarja e p\u00ebrgjithshme e PDK-s\u00eb, Vlora \u00c7itaku, ka konfirmuar p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb se ky subjekt politik do t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb nes\u00ebr kryesin\u00eb dhe deputet\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar hapat e m\u00ebtutjesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe e respektojm\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese si institucion ky\u00e7 i rendit demokratik, ashtu si\u00e7 kemi vepruar gjithmon\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb \u00c7itaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbledhja e PDK-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb parapar\u00eb t\u00eb mbahet nes\u00ebr n\u00eb or\u00ebn 14:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kryetari i LDK-s\u00eb, Lumir Abdixhiku, ka vler\u00ebsuar se vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese sjell qart\u00ebsi n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm institucional dhe rikthen procesin n\u00eb Kuvend, duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb deputet\u00ebve afat p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Abdixhikut, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit mbetet te shumica parlamentare, e cila duhet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb zgjidhje, nd\u00ebrsa ka theksuar se LDK beson se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje duhet t\u00eb zgjidhet me marr\u00ebveshje politike nd\u00ebrmjet forcave p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese dhe jo me imponim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se LDK \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje serioze p\u00ebr zgjidhje q\u00eb garanton stabilitet dhe funksionim normal t\u00eb institucioneve, por ka theksuar se nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet alibi e d\u00ebshtimeve t\u00eb askujt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb rast t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje politike p\u00ebr 34 dit\u00ebt e ardhshme, Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb e bashkuar dhe e p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb \u00e7do proces t\u00eb ri zgjedhor, me besimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar zgjidhje t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr vendin\u201d, ka shkruar Abdixhiku n\u00eb Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata Kushtetuese ka vendosur nj\u00ebz\u00ebri t\u00eb deklaroj\u00eb t\u00eb pranueshme k\u00ebrkesat e bashkuara n\u00eb rastet e parashtruara nga kryeministri Albin Kurti, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, dhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb parashtruar nga Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci dhe 30 deputet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa ka konstatuar se dekreti i Presidentes i dat\u00ebs 6 mars nuk prodhon asnj\u00eb efekt juridik.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs dhe Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb reaguar pas aktgjykimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, e cila u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb deputet\u00ebve 34 dit\u00eb afat p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar dhe p\u00ebrfunduar procedur\u00ebn e zgjedhjes s\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs.
