T\u00eb vrar\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb burgosur shqiptar\u00eb. Disa prej tyre kishin qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb para arrestimit, por n\u00eb momentin e vrasjes nuk ishin luft\u00ebtar\u00eb. Ata ishin persona t\u00eb privuar nga liria dhe n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb autoriteteve serbe, pra persona t\u00eb mbrojtur sipas Konventave t\u00eb Gjenev\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gabime t\u00eb ngjashme, sipas Fondit, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe n\u00eb rastet e Mej\u00ebs dhe Re\u00e7akut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI nj\u00ebjti gabim \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe n\u00eb rastin e Mej\u00ebs. Mes t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve kishte persona q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, por m\u00eb 27 prill ata u ndan\u00eb nga kolonat e civil\u00ebve, ishin t\u00eb paarmatosur, pa uniform\u00eb dhe n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb forcave serbe. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana ata nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohen \u201cpersona t\u00eb armatosur\u201d, por viktima t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizator\u00ebt e ekspozit\u00ebs tregojn\u00eb gjithashtu munges\u00eb njohurie p\u00ebr faktet e v\u00ebrtetuara n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me Re\u00e7akun. N\u00eb transkriptin e gjykimit t\u00eb Sllobodan Millosheviq-it, Shukri Buja ka deklaruar se n\u00ebnt\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb luftime m\u00eb 15 janar 1999, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb nga vrasja e civil\u00ebve n\u00eb Re\u00e7ak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cbsht\u00eb gabim dhe joprofesionale t\u00eb nxirret p\u00ebrfundimi se nj\u00eb person \u00ebsht\u00eb vrar\u00eb si luft\u00ebtar vet\u00ebm sepse ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar i U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. N\u00eb Baza e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb FDH dhe FDHK, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia dhe rrethanat e vdekjes jan\u00eb kategori t\u00eb ndryshme.
