Drejt\u00ebsia dhe kujtesa mbeten amanet p\u00ebr viktimat.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurr\u00eb sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjall\u00eb, Milazim Tha\u00e7i, thot\u00eb se nuk do ta harroj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrjetuar n\u00eb masakr\u00ebn e Izbic\u00ebs. Si d\u00ebshmitar i nj\u00ebr\u00ebs prej masakrave m\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb shteti serb kryente para m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy dekadash, kujtimet p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb kishte ndodhur jan\u00eb ende t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAto viktima, at\u00eb gjak q\u00eb u derdh aty, kurr\u00eb sa t\u00eb jem gjall\u00eb nuk do ta harroj. Ata kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zi e m\u00eb zi, na kan\u00eb shar\u00eb, na kan\u00eb vrar\u00eb, na kan\u00eb pla\u00e7kitur pasurit\u00eb tona, dhe pas mbarimit na kan\u00eb vrar\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb kishim\u201d, thot\u00eb Thaqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eb 28 mars 1999, n\u00eb Izbic\u00eb t\u00eb Skenderajt, forca t\u00eb shumta ushtarake dhe policore t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, pas nj\u00eb rrethimi t\u00eb fshatit, ekzekutuan duke masakruar 147 burra, t\u00eb rinj dhe pleq, nd\u00ebrsa pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb banor\u00ebve e d\u00ebbuan jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje kriminale nuk u kursyen as t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e as t\u00eb moshuarit e fshatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt n\u00eb Izbic\u00eb ka k\u00ebrkuar edhe presidentja e vendit, Vjosa Osmani. Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kujtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim, nd\u00ebrsa drejt\u00ebsia p\u00ebr ta mbetet amanet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIzbica nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshmi e dhimbjes dhe e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb liris\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb po ashtu kujtes\u00eb q\u00eb nuk guxon t\u00eb zbehet dhe thirrje q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia t\u00eb mos vonoj\u00eb.
