Kjo tarif\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e unifikuar dhe quhet tarifa ECO (Tarifa turistike ndaj mjedisit dhe Klimes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse merrni me qira nj\u00eb apartament nga nj\u00eb pronar q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb dy prona (deri n\u00eb rreth 80 metra katror\u00eb), tarifa \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth tet\u00eb euro p\u00ebr nat\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebsi akomodimi. P\u00ebr apartamente m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb 15 euro p\u00ebr nat\u00eb. Paguhet p\u00ebr apartament p\u00ebr numrin e net\u00ebve, jo p\u00ebr person \u2013 deklarojn\u00eb ata.Nga viti 2024, taksat turistike, klimatike dhe mjedisore jan\u00eb kombinuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb vetme. Gjat\u00eb rezervimit dhe para se t\u00eb paguani depozit\u00ebn, duhet t\u00eb informoheni p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kosto. Ndodh q\u00eb paguan tet\u00eb euro n\u00eb nj\u00eb apartament privat dhe dy euro n\u00eb nj\u00eb hotel. Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb se shteti i takson dhe i kategorizon individ\u00ebt dhe strukturat turistike t\u00eb regjistruara ndryshe, me nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm llogaritjeje p\u00ebr hotelet.Taksat p\u00ebrcaktohen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ndryshimeve n\u00eb sistemin tatimor grek, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ligjit &#8220;Ligji Grek 4389\/2016&#8221;, i cili prezantoi nj\u00eb taks\u00eb turistike, si dhe ndryshimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet &#8220;ligjit Grek t\u00eb Tarif\u00ebs p\u00ebr Rezistenc\u00ebn ndaj Kriz\u00ebs Klimatike 5073\/2023&#8221;. Q\u00eb nga viti 2024, \u00ebsht\u00eb futur zyrtarisht nj\u00eb Tarif\u00eb e vetme p\u00ebr Rezistenc\u00ebn ndaj Kriz\u00ebs Klimatike (eko-taks\u00eb).
