Nga to gjithsej 2,836 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb me viktima, nd\u00ebrkaq grat\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb mbi 75% t\u00eb viktimave.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto t\u00eb gjetura ishin pjes\u00eb e tryez\u00ebs s\u00eb diskutimit me tem\u00eb: \u201cNj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim mbi trajtimin institucional t\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje: Si u trajtuan gjat\u00eb vitit 2025?\u201d nga Grupi p\u00ebr Studime Juridike dhe Politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ndjekjes penale, jan\u00eb paraqitur 2,453 kall\u00ebzime penale, prej t\u00eb cilave 1,901 kan\u00eb rezultuar me aktakuza, duke reflektuar nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb relativisht t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb procedimit t\u00eb rasteve\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn p\u00ebr media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas GLPS-s\u00eb, raporti evidenton mos p\u00ebrputhje nd\u00ebrmjet rasteve t\u00eb raportuara dhe ndjekjes penale. Prokuroria ka sh\u00ebnuar performanc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb me nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb trajtimi prej mbi 90% dhe koh\u00eb mesatare prej rreth 38 dit\u00ebsh p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpunimin e rasteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNd\u00ebrsa gjykatat vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me vonesa t\u00eb konsiderueshme, duke zgjidhur vet\u00ebm rreth 56% t\u00eb rasteve dhe me koh\u00eb mesatare prej rreth 281 dit\u00ebsh p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rast. Po ashtu, ndon\u00ebse shumica e rasteve p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb me vendime d\u00ebnuese, vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kufizuar rezulton me d\u00ebnime efektive, \u00e7ka ngre shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr politik\u00ebn nd\u00ebshkimore t\u00eb aplikuar nga sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, vazhdon GLPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga monitorimi i 830 seancave n\u00eb gjykatat themelore, GLPS evidentoi se 448 prej tyre trajtonin dhun\u00ebn n\u00eb familje, nd\u00ebrsa 382 kishin elemente t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb baz\u00eb gjinore. Nga t\u00eb gjeturat e monitorimit, rezulton se 260 seanca u shtyn\u00eb, kryesisht si pasoj\u00eb e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb pal\u00ebve. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 vonesave procedurale, v\u00ebzhgimi i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb nxori n\u00eb pah mang\u00ebsi serioze n\u00eb menaxhimin e rasteve dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si trajtohen viktimat gjat\u00eb proceseve gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2,815 raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb raportuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 2025.
