T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb t\u00eb ngatrruera t\u00eb efektuara n\u00eb veprime praktike .N\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve, me q\u00ebllim e kund\u00ebr interesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, e duke u mshefur n\u00ebn mask\u00ebn e patriotizmit militanto-partiak, dhe p\u00ebrmes piskam\u00ebs e zhurm\u00ebs, dhe kur mungojn\u00eb argumentet , dhe efektet pozitive tek dobish\u00ebmeria shoq\u00ebrore ,shfaqet qart\u00eb mungesa e kultur\u00ebs dhe vet\u00ebdijes arsimore e komb\u00ebtare e duke kaluar n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e hudhjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe faj\u00ebsimit tek t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, &#8220;se p\u00ebr gjendjen jo funksionale n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe shtet , jan\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt fajtor&#8221;.
