Presim q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb tilla. Gjithsesi do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjemi. P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndahen bazuar n\u00eb pesh\u00ebn brenda Kuvendit. LDK \u00ebsht\u00eb partia e tret\u00eb me 15 deputet\u00eb dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqia jon\u00eb brenda Kuvendit\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lushaku-Sadriu tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb pyetja ka shkuar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese dhe, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sqarime edhe p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb prekin deputet\u00ebt, obligimet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb vullnetin fillestar dhe kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb se jan\u00eb tri rrug\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb zgjidhet presidenti. Nj\u00ebra \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme: imponimi i nj\u00eb emri, dhe fatkeq\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfunduam n\u00eb nj\u00eb skenar kur partia m\u00eb e madhe propozoi dy emra nga partia, me libreza partiake, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb kryeministri Kurti kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb zotim q\u00eb nuk e mbajti. Por p\u00ebrfunduam n\u00eb at\u00eb skenar dhe ky nuk ka qen\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb. Tendenca p\u00ebr t\u2019i marr\u00eb t\u00eb tri institucionet kryesore t\u00eb vendit nga nj\u00eb parti politike \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb; si tendenc\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb jo demokratike dhe jo e mir\u00eb n\u00eb thelb. Por ka dy rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kemi shfaqur gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb: nj\u00ebra p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje klasike politike ku partit\u00eb ulen dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr ndarje pushteti, ku presidenti \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje, dhe tjetra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb konsensus mbipartiak\u201d, deklaroi tutje ajo n\u00eb \u201cRTK Prime\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E pyetur n\u00ebse marr\u00ebveshja klasike p\u00ebr ndarje pushtetesh n\u00ebnkupton pjes\u00ebmarrje edhe n\u00eb qeveri apo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pushtetin e presidentit, dhe n\u00ebse po, \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin si parti, Lushaku-Sadriu tha se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e presidentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebrkesat dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr rrjedh gjat\u00eb negociatave dhe ne jemi duke folur p\u00ebr presidentin, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike. Por, gjithsesi, edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb ka ndodhur q\u00eb kur \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr president, \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr pako.
