Megjithat\u00eb, mbi 75% e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb treg e konsiderojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, shum\u00eb institucione t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit ushqimor nuk i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kriteret e p\u00ebrcaktuara p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsime tatimore. Konkretisht, vet\u00ebm kompanit\u00eb, paga mesatare e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave n\u00eb vitin 2025 nuk ishte m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt se mesatarja e industris\u00eb rajonale, kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrjashtim nga TVSH-ja. Dy kushte t\u00eb tjera jan\u00eb q\u00eb pjesa e t\u00eb ardhurave nga sh\u00ebrbimi ushqimor t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 70% (sipas Rosstat) dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat totale t\u00eb mos kalojn\u00eb 3 miliard\u00eb rubla. Kriteri i pag\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pengesa kryesore: p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tij, af\u00ebrsisht 39% e kompanive dhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsve individual\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsim tatimor. N\u00eb disa rajone, niveli mesatar i pag\u00ebs i p\u00ebrcaktuar tejkalon ndjesh\u00ebm aft\u00ebsit\u00eb aktuale t\u00eb bizneseve.
