Prej tyre, 927 kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me qasjen n\u00eb dokumente publike, ku 832 jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllur me vendime administrative, nd\u00ebrsa 175 jan\u00eb bartur p\u00ebr vitin 2026. Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale jan\u00eb pranuar 158 ankesa, prej t\u00eb cilave 139 jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar dhe 19 jan\u00eb bartur p\u00ebr vitin pasues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb funksion t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrjes s\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit, AIP thot\u00eb se ka realizuar 367 inspektime, prej tyre 226 sipas detyr\u00ebs zyrtare dhe 141 bazuar n\u00eb ankesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agjencia&nbsp; njofton se ka vazhduar gjithashtu p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr harmonizimin e legjislacionit me standardet evropiane, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb finalizimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave Personale n\u00eb Institucionet e Zbatimit t\u00eb Ligjit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Direktiv\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb 2016\/680.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb vitit 2025 jan\u00eb ofruar 58 k\u00ebshilla ligjore p\u00ebr sektorin publik, privat dhe qytetar\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb realizuar mbi 80 aktivitete informuese dhe jan\u00eb trajnuar mbi 800 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga fusha t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb digjitalizimit, AIP ka lansuar Sistemin e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Rasteve (CMS), i cili synon rritjen e efikasitetit dhe transparenc\u00ebs n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu thuhet se &nbsp;jan\u00eb publikuar kat\u00ebr udh\u00ebzues p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale, q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb fusha si privat\u00ebsia n\u00eb internet, p\u00ebrpunimi i ligjsh\u00ebm i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, vler\u00ebsimi i ndikimit dhe sektori sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, Agjencia potencon se ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb mbi 20 aktivitete, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb takime t\u00eb Bordit Evropian p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave dhe organizimin e dy konferencave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutje theksohet se Raporti i Komisionit Evropian p\u00ebr vitin 2024 vler\u00ebson se Agjencia ka funksionuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe efikase, nd\u00ebrsa legjislacioni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet e BE-s\u00eb, duke sh\u00ebnuar progres edhe n\u00eb rritjen e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit dhe p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebris\u00eb institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FAIPRKS%2Fposts%2Fpfbid026G1F9d6FnguJC79NyfmzgopZ4PYpGgCk7CEc1nuVwqoA9cnwsU2ZAdPSSRU1tZtyl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FAIPRKS%2Fposts%2Fpfbid026G1F9d6FnguJC79NyfmzgopZ4PYpGgCk7CEc1nuVwqoA9cnwsU2ZAdPSSRU1tZtyl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agjencia p\u00ebr Informim dhe Privat\u00ebsi (AIP) ka prezantuar n\u00eb Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet e Siguris\u00eb dhe Mbrojtjes, raportin e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr vitin 2025.
