Ne insistojm\u00eb q\u00eb kjo pik\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohet si pika e par\u00eb e rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs. Nuk besoj q\u00eb ky Kuvend ka di\u00e7ka m\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar sesa kjo pik\u00eb, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se kjo flet shum\u00eb p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn politike q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke mbizot\u00ebruar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb tash e disa vjet. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb turp e as dob\u00ebsi q\u00eb shumica parlamentare t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs\u201d, tha n\u00ebnkryetarja e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nga radh\u00ebt e PDK-s\u00eb, Vlora \u00c7itaku. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shefja e grupit parlamentar t\u00eb LVV-s\u00eb, Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci tha se ata kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur rezolut\u00ebn dhe kan\u00eb ofruar q\u00eb t\u2019i d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb deputet\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij subjekti politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontribut n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb propozim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDy deputet\u00ebt tan\u00eb, Ardian Gola dhe Adnan Rrustemi klan\u00eb punuar dje deri mbr\u00ebm\u00eb von\u00eb. E kemi marr\u00eb draftin nga PDK t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn. Kan\u00eb pasur takime sot, besoj se jan\u00eb n\u00eb prag t\u00eb dakordimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb rezolut\u00ebs. Un\u00eb ju kisha lutur ta l\u00ebm\u00eb sipas rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, sapo t\u00eb kemi dakordimin final, e miratojm\u00eb\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jehona Lushaku \u2013 Sadriu nga LDK tha se mos t\u00eb shihen si \u201cmakineri votimi p\u00ebr ligjet q\u00eb sjelljen pa respektuar procedurat e rregullta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cS\u2019ka asnj\u00eb arsyeshm\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb evitohen procedurat duke na sjell\u00eb para akteve t\u00eb kryera dhe duke na sjell\u00eb drama p\u00ebr \u00e7do seanc\u00eb\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besnik Tahiri i AAK-s\u00eb tha se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb me pesh\u00eb dhe as nuk k\u00ebrkon sakrific\u00eb t\u00eb vendoset si pik\u00eb e par\u00eb diskutimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rezolut\u00eb q\u00eb qenka arritur dakordanca p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(11:28) Opozita nuk e miraton ndryshimin e rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i fus n\u00eb rend dite tet\u00eb projektligje, t\u00eb cilat qen\u00eb t\u00eb propozuara nga L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje dhe nd\u00ebrlidheshin me \u00e7mimet tavan, loj\u00ebrat mesdhetare, banimin social, sigurimin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(11:19) Projektligjet n\u00eb Kuvend shkaktojn\u00eb debat nd\u00ebrmjet deputet\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votimi i projektligjeve n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn plenare t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka shkaktuar debat nd\u00ebrmjet deputet\u00ebve, ku subjektet politike opozitare u deklaruan se nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahin miratimin e tyre me arsyetimin se nuk kan\u00eb urgjenc\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shefja e grupit parlamentar t\u00eb LVV-s\u00eb, Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci gjat\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb projektligjeve, tha se dy prej tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb primare sepse mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb SEPA &#8211; Single Euro Payments Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb replik\u00eb ndaj p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb partive opozitare t\u00eb cil\u00ebt than\u00eb se Kuvendi duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb prioritete t\u00eb tjera, kryetarja e k\u00ebtij institucioni, Albulena Haxhiu tha se afati kushtetues p\u00ebrcakton q\u00eb zgjedhja e presidentit duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet deri m\u00eb 27 prill dhe deri at\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb pun\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDetyrohemi q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u2019i adresojm\u00eb si Kuvend i Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, tha Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arian Tahiri nga PDK ka deklaruar se asnj\u00eb nga pikat e rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb miratimin e deputet\u00ebve, nuk jan\u00eb urgjente dhe ky subjekt politik nuk i mb\u00ebshtet si t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb dhe qasje e qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb agjend\u00eb t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore e jo t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb me seriozitet tema t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat edhe duhet koh\u00eb edhe trajtim profesional\u201d, tha Tahiri. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jehona Lushaku \u2013 Sadriu nga LDK tha se k\u00ebto projektligje kan\u00eb kaluar k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr komisione dhe po k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar t\u00eb votohen n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cT\u00eb gjitha temat q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb k\u00ebto projektligje jan\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Por jo n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn q\u00eb po shqyrtohen sepse projektligjet k\u00ebrkohen t\u00eb analizohen dhe jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb jav\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb te t\u00eb gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebt. Kjo urgjenc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pa arsyeshme dhe nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahet nga ne\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besnik Tahiri nga AAK kritikoi vones\u00ebn prej nj\u00eb ore t\u00eb nisjes s\u00eb seanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cT\u00eb fillohet seanca me nj\u00eb or\u00eb vones\u00eb nuk ka logjik\u00eb. Mos t\u00eb ndodh kjo.
