Pal\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ankese brenda 30 dit\u00ebsh nga pranimi i aktgjykimit me shkrim, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb seanc\u00eb ishte i pranish\u00ebm vet\u00ebm Edi Zenelaj, nd\u00ebrsa munguan t\u00eb akuzuarit Azemi, Manxhuka dhe Elshani, si dhe prokurorja speciale Fikrije Fejzullahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasti ishte kthyer n\u00eb rigjykim nga Gjykata e Apelit m\u00eb 27 tetor 2025, pasi Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 7 mars 2025 kishte liruar Manxhuk\u00ebn nga akuza, nd\u00ebrsa Azemin, Elshanin dhe Zenelajn i kishte d\u00ebnuar me nga 6 muaj burgim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokuroria Speciale kishte ngritur aktakuz\u00eb m\u00eb 8 n\u00ebntor 2023, duke i ngarkuar Azemin dhe Manxhuk\u00ebn p\u00ebr nxitje t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes, nd\u00ebrsa Elshanin dhe Zenelajn p\u00ebr kanosje ndaj gjykat\u00ebsit Mentor Bajraktari dhe prokurorit Afrim Shefkiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas shqiptimit t\u00eb d\u00ebnimit, ka reaguar deputeti i Vet\u00ebvendosjes, Egzon Azemi, i cili ka kritikuar ashp\u00ebr vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs dhe sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb reagimin e tij, Azemi ka deklaruar se \u201cata q\u00eb lirojn\u00eb terrorist\u00ebt serb\u00eb q\u00eb gjuajn\u00eb bomba duan t\u00eb na d\u00ebnojn\u00eb neve aktivist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb vet\u00ebm sepse reaguam ndaj k\u00ebtij skandali\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cArlind Manxhuka dhe un\u00eb sot u d\u00ebnuam nga 1 vit e 6 muaj burg, pa asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb nga sistemi i vjet\u00ebrsuar i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb liron terrorist\u00ebt serb\u00eb. Edi Zenelaj dhe Qerim Elshani u d\u00ebnuan me nga 6 muaj burgim. Krejt kjo nga ata q\u00eb i n\u00ebnshtrohen Serbis\u00eb&#8221;, ka shkruar ai.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas tij, n\u00eb total 4 vite burg p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb reagojn\u00eb kur lirohen kriminel\u00ebt serb\u00eb q\u00eb gjuajn\u00eb bomba e vrasin polic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c7antat q\u00eb vijn\u00eb andej kufirit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs kurr\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb na mbyllin goj\u00ebn.
